We require all of our tenants to pass referencing, as this provides us and other tenants with security and safety within our properties.
We use a company called Advanced Rent for our referencing process and they will require:
Passport*
Employment Reference - Employers Email Address
Last 3 Months Payslips (if self-employed, last 6 months payslips is required)
Last 3 Months Bank Statements
Proof of Address (valid within the last 3 months)
Previous Landlord Reference (if applicable) - previous landlord's email is required
Last 3 Years' Address History For A Credit Check
